I recently started Snatching the 24kg GS style and its brutal.
Jerks - (2x16kg) - 7min@9rpm ended up doing 9,9,9,10,10,10,10, i was drained after this,
Snatches - 24kg - Lx12/12/12 Rx12/12/12 theses felt a lot better than the other day but there still very challenging.
OAJ - 24kgx12L/12R
Swings - 24kgx50L/50R
I need a rest day for sure and I am gunna make a better plan for my workouts next week so i'm not so dead.
