So I got the email saying that my jerk and snatch video were good and I can use the 20kgs this Saturday. I am excited and nervous, I have never tried 2 arm jerks with the 20kgs but I am feeling up to the challenge.
Today's workout was an easy one, my shoulder is sore and i wanted to take it easy on it. This is what I did today.
Incline push ups- 3x20
flat knee raises - 3x20
Goblet squat - 3x10 x 24kg
Plank - 30 sec
2 arm swing - 3x10 x 32kg
Get ups - 15mins x 14L/14R
Goblet squat - 3x3 x 24kg- 10 sec of prying each rep
Plank - 60 sec
1 arm swing - 24kgx 10L/10R - 32kg x 10L/10R
I felt good after this just trying to rest up so I am ready for the weekend.
