Been really busy, still squeezing in my workouts but have not had time to write.
Yesterday i decided to tape myself again with the GS jerks and snatches, since my other ones came out so dark.
Monday-
Jerks-8min@9rpm-2x16kg for a total of 72 reps felt good, they started to get to me near the end but i managed it.
Assistance jerk- 24kg-10L/10R
Snatches - 10min@16rpm-16kg managed 80 reps a hand felt ok.
Swings-24kg-50L/50R
that was my day still practicing for this saturday, I really hope I make rank 3 at least and if my videos count i can try out the 20kgs and see what i can do.
