Today i decided to take it easy on the weights and practice some bodyweight drills, This is what it looked like.
Handstand pushups - 2x(12345) 1x(123456) I supersetted these with pull ups
pull ups - 2x(12345) 1x(123456)
rest 5 mins
Dips - 1x(1234) 1x(12345) supersetted with
towel pull ups - 1x(1234) 1x(12345) both hands on the towel
finisher
swings - 5x20 24kg supersetted with
hanging leg raises - 5x5 but the sets looked like this 5,5,3,2,2
I was dead after this workout but I liked the supersets of handstand push ups and pull ups a lot.
