Busy day

So today work was hectic, and had to squeeze in a quick workout.
Since I am competing next week i tested my 10min set of jerks and 10min of snatches

2 Arm jerk- 10min@8rpm 2x16kg i got 80 reps new PR!!

snatch 10min@16prm-16kg i got 80 reps per hand

I shot some videos and I am sending them in to see if i made rank 3
and thats all the time i had for today.
