Yesterday took a lot out of me so i just took it easy.
Jerks - 2x16kg-6min - 8,8,9,9,10,14rpm. I just wanted to see what i could do 14rpm is the most reps per minute i have ever done.
OAJ- 24kgx12L/12R
Snatches - 24kgx 6min@12rpm - Lx12/12/12 Rx12/12/12 the 24kg felt heavy in the snatch and this was very difficult for me.
Swings- 24kgx 50L/50R
That was all i had time for today, But still felt great.
