So today I am tired and wanted to do something with get ups so this is what it looked like
Get up + Pull ups
16kgx5 + 16ksx5
24kgx4 + 24kgx4
32kgx3 + 32kgx3
40kgx2 + 40kgx1 1/2 could not get full 2nd rep
48kgx1 + 48kgx could not get full rep, So i did a single with the 40kg
This was a intense workout and in the PM i did some swings with the 32kg, In 10 minutes i did 10/10, 12/12, 14/14, 16/16, 18/18, 20/20, 10/10 for a total of 200 reps. It wasn't to bad just felt like swinging
