I went for like a mile and a half run yesterday it felt good, Nothing crazy, it took me around 18 minutes.
Today I am feeling good and ready for some presses.
Snatch,press,squat- 3x(123)+5 DB front squats 16kg+28kg completed all rounds
Deadlift 2x20 16kg+28kg

Jerks- 2x16kg - 5min@10rpm = 50 reps felt good
OAJ - 24kg x 12L/12R
swings - 24kg 50L/50R for 2 sets
Everything felt really good today and I am looking to order a new 24kg for jerks.
