Today was very relaxed and just worked on pacing myself in the jerk. I want to be ready and keep my head in the game this weekend. Here is what the workout looked like.
Jerks - 5min@6rpm x 2x16kg was nice and easy just working on holding the lock out and breathing with bells over head.
OAJerk - 4min@10rpm x 20kg
swings - 24kgx 50L/50R for 2 sets this really worked my grip
That was all I did, My left shoulder is a little sore, So I am not going to do to much until it feels better.
